Heya! my charming viewers :)
Yes, we all want to satisfy our taste-buds :P but all that we're doing is - "binge eating". When you eat too much, without being able to control yourself in short intervals, it makes your stomach expand and a little swell too. You feel heavy and inactive and that uncomfortable feeling of your clothes becoming tighter! :(

It’s okay to satisfy your taste buds once in a while, but what to eat and the portion size is important. The quality and quantity both matters.
Say No To Overeating
- Drink water at regular intervals. It will help keep the hunger at bay and make you feel fuller.
- Watch out for the quantity of food you are eating. Use a small plate to eat, sounds funny :) but it will help you eat less.
- Don't eat while watching television. Take a break from your routine activities and enjoy your meal to the fullest.
- Eat 4-5 small meals in a day to keep yourself satiated throughout the day.
- Eat slowly and drink a glass of water before every meal.
- Learn to stay away from stress. Meditate, Indulge in yoga, deepBreathing etc.
- Don’t kill your Boredom by eating some food instead do some creative things in your free time.
Stay Healthy

ReplyDeleteKeep-fit is a matter of "Habits die hard".
If one is unfit s/he must do all to be fit and then must make it a habit.
